The purpose of the Finance & Accounting position is to manage and control the company's financial and accounting operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in Thailand.

Job Description

  • Guide and develop the accounting team to enhance performance and capability.
  • Monitor stock levels, analyze variances, and maintain reliable inventory reporting.
  • Manage budget planning, cost reviews, and investment tracking.
  • Supervise tax processes, filings, and interactions with authorities and auditors.
  • Coordinate with headquarters to update and improve accounting systems.
  • Review monthly closings, cash flow statements, and financial reports.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
  • Monitor AP/AR aging and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
  • Lead implementation and enhancement of ERP and local financial software.
  • Submit mandatory filings to relevant government agencies.
  • Prepare and submit a report to the related government for RD, DBD and BOI

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance & Accounting Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in accounting or finance with a strong understanding of Thai tax and BOI regulations.
  • Proven expertise in financial management and accounting practices.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
