Job Description

Lead and oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance activities, and utility management to ensure smooth and efficient campus operations.

Develop and execute preventive maintenance and facility improvement programs to maximize asset reliability and minimize operational risks.

Manage facility budgets, operational expenses, and resource planning while driving cost efficiency and service quality improvements.

Supervise, coach, and develop facility teams, including workforce planning, performance management, and capability development.

Oversee contractor and service provider performance, ensuring timely delivery of maintenance and facility services.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and statutory regulations while promoting a safe working environment for staff and facility users.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support facility-related projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and overall customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 7 years of facility management leadership experience within service, hospitality, healthcare, or similar complex environments.

Strong knowledge of facility operations, preventive maintenance, utilities management, and contractor management.

Proven experience managing budgets, projects, compliance requirements, and cross-functional teams.

Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills, with a strong focus on operational excellence and safety.
