We are looking for an ESG Manager to join a leading power generation and energy company. The successful candidate requires experience in ESG strategy development and compliance with SET and international sustainability frameworks.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies, objectives, and action plans aligned with corporate ESG goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor ESG initiatives and ensure achievement of sustainability targets.
  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate ESG performance data for internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and manage annual sustainability reports in compliance with SET requirements and international reporting standards.
  • Drive ESG awareness across the organization through training programs, communication campaigns, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Identify and assess sustainability-related risks, recommending mitigation measures and improvement plans.
  • Present ESG performance updates, progress reports, and key sustainability initiatives to senior management and the board of directors.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability management, corporate responsibility, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel to operational sites and work effectively with multiple business functions.
