Job Description

  • Lead and develop the electrical engineering and maintenance team to achieve operational and project objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise in LV/MV power systems, electrical distribution, protection systems, motors, drives, and automation interfaces.
  • Manage electrical projects from concept, design, budgeting, and execution through commissioning.
  • Drive equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards, electrical safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Identify and implement energy-saving, sustainability, and digitalization initiatives to improve operational performance.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Control maintenance and capital expenditure budgets while driving productivity and cost optimization.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, utilities, power systems, or industrial projects.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of people management and team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of LV/MV power distribution, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, and protection systems.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, EPC, automation, or energy management environments.
  • Proven experience in project management, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Good command of English with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and external partners.
