An organisation in the industrial/manufacturing sector located in Bangkok.

Job Description

  • Lead the credit control and collection function to improve cash flow and working capital performance.
  • Drive collection activities and ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables across multiple business areas.
  • Monitor AR ageing, overdue balances, collection forecasts, and DSO performance, identifying risks and recovery opportunities.
  • Develop and execute action plans for aged debt and complex collection cases.
  • Partner with commercial, operational, and finance teams to improve collection effectiveness and strengthen payment discipline.
  • Manage disputed and high-risk accounts, driving resolution through negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support customer credit reviews and payment term assessments to minimize credit risk exposure.
  • Review commercial agreements to identify and mitigate collection and payment-related risks.
  • Coordinate legal recovery processes with external counsel and relevant stakeholders when required.
  • Oversee bank guarantee administration, including issuance, renewals, and tracking.
  • Prepare management reporting on collections, receivables, cash flow forecasts, and risk exposure.
  • Lead regular collection review meetings and ensure timely execution of agreed action plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across credit control processes, governance, and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Control Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Working Capital Management.Familiarity with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Good command of both Thai and English.

What's on Offer

  • Monthly salary: THB 100,000 to THB 120,000.
  • Performance bonus: 2-3 months
  • Provident fund contribution: 5%.
