Job Description

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive international sales growth.
  • Manage key customer relationships and commercial negotiations across global markets.
  • Own sales performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Identify and expand new market, channel, and business opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.





The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Director (Food Export & International Markets) should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in Commercial, Export Sales, or Business Development.
  • Proven success in Food, Snacks, Ready-to-Eat, FMCG, or international export businesses.
  • Strong expertise in commercial strategy, P&L management, and key account development.
  • Strong business acumen with experience presenting to Board members and investors.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and English communication skills.
