Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in South Asia region.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Lead and support the local sales teams to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
  • Prepare and present regular business reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements in the life science industry.
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimise operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cluster Lead should have:

  • A strong background in sales and business management, preferably within the life science industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
  • Proficiency in analysing market trends and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare or life science sectors.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages in Sinhala, Tamil, Bengali (Bangla) are a plus.
