Job Description

  • Provide personalized service and create memorable experiences for luxury clients.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through attentive service and product expertise.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products based on preferences and lifestyle.
  • Present product collections with strong storytelling and brand knowledge.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
  • Support store operations, visual merchandising, and daily boutique activities.
  • Participate in clienteling activities and contribute to customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team to ensure a seamless luxury experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, hospitality, or premium customer service.
  • Strong passion for luxury, fashion, and client experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Sales-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Good command of English and Thai.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
