Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Partner closely President to transform the organisation, policy shaping, governance, digitisation of processes.
  • Travel across multiple factory sites addressing on ground operational challenges, collaborating with department heads across plants and corporate office
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits structures to support employee satisfaction.
  • Drive performance management initiatives and employee development programmes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively to achieve strategic goals.
  • Provide guidance on organisational changes and workforce planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CHRO Thai National should have:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, within the manufacturing industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • A track record of implementing HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels.
  • Fluency in Thai and English
