Job Description

  • Co-develop and support marketing initiatives, events, and outreach activities to drive lead generation.
  • Execute enrollment strategies to attract and convert working professionals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams to align growth objectives.
  • Build and manage a strong student support framework focused on service excellence and retention.
  • Monitor student satisfaction and implement continuous improvements based on feedback.
  • Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with university leadership.
  • Track financial performance and implement corrective actions where required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, enrollment management, student services, or commercial roles.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and P&L, including revenue growth and cost control.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-centric, hands-on, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Experience in higher education or service-driven environments is a strong plus.
