Job Description

  • Identify and develop new strategic business opportunities and growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate business models, market potential, economics, and feasibility.
  • Design and execute pilots, proof-of-concepts, and market experiments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver incubation projects.
  • Build business cases and recommendations for investment, scale-up, or termination.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Strategy professional should have:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, or related fields.
    • Strong experience in strategy, business development, or new business incubation.
    • Solid skills in market analysis, business modelling, and financial evaluation.
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
