Job Description

  • Analyse claim processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and process flows.
  • Support the implementation of technology solutions to enhance claim operations.
  • Conduct testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimising claim workflows.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in analysing and improving business processes, particularly in claims management.
  • Experience working within the Technology & Insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in creating functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Knowledge of relevant technology tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
