Our client is a well-established Thai organization with a diversified portfolio and a strong presence in its industry. The company is currently expanding and seeking an accomplished finance professional to strengthen financial management, business controls, and strategic planning capabilities.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Accounting and Finance functions across the organization.
  • Partner closely with the CFO on strategic financial initiatives and corporate planning.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of accounting, tax, and financial reporting activities.
  • Review and approve financial transactions and payment processes.
  • Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Deliver insightful management reports and variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with banking partners and financial institutions to secure funding and credit facilities.
  • Oversee loan facilities, covenant compliance, drawdowns, repayments, and financing documentation.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, treasury operations, and working capital requirements.
  • Strengthen collaboration between business units and finance to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial controls and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Support oversight of broader back-office functions and corporate administration.
  • Lead and develop finance team capabilities to support business growth.
  • Undertake strategic projects and ad hoc assignments as required by senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, treasury management, and corporate finance.
  • Proven experience managing banking relationships, loan facilities, and funding arrangements.
  • CPA qualification is advantageous, with strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
