Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales plans across assigned territories
  • Analyze sales performance and set realistic targets

  • Spend significant time in the field supporting team execution
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Drive growth of product portfolios and new product launches
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

The Successful Applicant

A successful Area Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales/marketing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent sales planning and analytical abilities
  • Effective coaching and people development capability
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good command of English is preferred
