This role combines CNC controls, electrical integration, troubleshooting, and customer support to ensure reliable system performance in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Job Description

  • Provide technical consultation and application support to customers on CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze customer requirements, identify production issues, and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot CNC control, programming, and machine process-related issues, working closely with customers and internal teams.
  • Review and interpret CNC programs, machine parameters, and control data to support root cause analysis and solution recommendations.
  • Prepare technical proposals, application reports, product specifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training on solution capabilities and best practices.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and regional technical support teams.
  • Keep up to date with CNC technologies, software enhancements, and industry trends to provide expert technical guidance.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in CNC machining, CNC applications, technical support, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC controls and software, including Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, Mazak, or Okuma OSP.
  • Proficient in G-code, M-code, macro programming, CNC parameters, offsets, and coordinate systems.
  • Ability to diagnose manufacturing or machine process issues and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation, reports, and product recommendations.
  • Good English communication skills for technical discussions, documentation, and collaboration with regional teams.
