Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial reporting and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Prepare and present timely financial statements, management reports, and key business insights to senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead annual statutory audits, tax filings, and external stakeholder engagements.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk monitoring activities.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead the accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial objectives with broader business goals and commercial prioritie

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
