Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to help clients achieve their goals using the company's technology solutions.
  • Monitor and analyse client usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product enhancements.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions to ensure clients fully understand and utilise the company's offerings.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement strategies to retain and delight customers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Success Manager should have:
