He or she will be in charge of implementation of the annual HR objectives and other HR projects. This role will also supervise the Snr. HR, HR Officer and Assistant to ensure they carry out their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

The role involves overseeing recruitment efforts for the UK and global BU within the APAC region (except India). This include hiring for roles across countries. These positions comprise on-payroll headcount within existing offices in Australia, Bangladesh, Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand, as well as off-payroll headcount in diverse locations. Plus, the recruiter will assist to the Company's franchise partners with their hiring requirements as necessary.
