Job Description

  • Lead warehouse, inventory, transportation, and distribution operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain performance.
  • Drive inventory optimization, warehousing efficiency, and logistics performance improvements.
  • Lead continuous improvement, digitalization, automation, and process standardization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and inventory controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, planning, quality, and customer service.
  • Manage 3PL providers and logistics partners to achieve service, cost, and operational targets.
  • Lead, develop, and coach warehouse and logistics teams to drive high performance and succession planning.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, and supply chain operations within manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, inventory optimization, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and third-party logistics providers (3PL).
  • Experience with SAP, WMS/EWM systems, and continuous improvement or digitalization initiatives.
