An organisation in the technology industry located in Bangkok.

Job Description

  • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and workshops.
  • Analyze user insights and create personas, journey maps, and user flows.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UX concepts using Figma.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define user-centered solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
  • Drive UX best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong UX research and usability testing experience.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping (Figma preferred).
  • Experience with user flows, information architecture, and journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into UX solutions.
