Job Description

  • Develop and deploy the site-wide TQM roadmap aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Lead annual improvement planning, performance deployment, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Drive employee involvement programmes including Kaizen, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), and Total Employee Involvement (TIE) activities.
  • Monitor, review, and sustain improvement projects while ensuring measurable business benefits and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate benchmarking, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programmes on quality tools, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Promote a strong quality culture through awareness campaigns, governance activities, recognition programmes, and leadership engagement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Total Quality Management, Operational Excellence, or Process Improvement within manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, quality systems, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving tools.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
