Job Description

Key Responsibilies

  • Drive sustainable sales growth and strengthen market presence for flexible packaging solutions across Thailand
  • Manage and develop strategic client relationships while expanding new business opportunities within Food and industrial sectors
  • Formulate and implement country‑level sales strategies in alignment with regional commercial objectives
  • Engage with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements, and deliver tailored packaging solutions
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and terms, to ensure profitable growth
  • Collaborate closely with regional production, technical, quality, and logistics teams to ensure effective order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision‑making
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports against agreed targets and KPIs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Thailand Sales Manager should have:

  • 5-12 years of proven sales experience within flexible packaging, plastic packaging, or industrial materials
  • Strong track record in business development and key account management, ideally across FMCG and industrial sectors
  • Experience working with laminated films, high‑barrier packaging, or pouch solutions is highly advantageous
  • Solid understanding of the Thailand packaging and manufacturing market
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results in a national sales role
  • Confident communicator, comfortable interfacing with customers and regional stakeholders
  • Capable of collaborating cross‑functionally with production, technical, and supply chain teams
  • Results‑oriented, proactive, and self‑motivated
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset
  • Professional, credible, and customer‑centric approach
