Job Description

  • Lead the overall supply planning function, translating business strategy into operational plans, targets, and performance objectives while ensuring achievement of departmental KPIs.
  • Oversee supply and inventory planning processes to ensure product availability aligns with demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory optimization goals.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Production, and other stakeholders to support capacity planning, inventory management, and successful new product launches.
  • Manage supply allocation activities, ensuring customer demand is fulfilled efficiently while balancing forecast accuracy, inventory availability, and service levels.
  • Lead supply chain improvement initiatives, leveraging process enhancement, analytics, systems, and project management to improve planning effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Direct import and export planning operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient shipment execution, customs clearance, and cost-effective logistics management.
  • Develop organizational capabilities through leadership, talent development, succession planning, performance management, and continuous improvement while maintaining safety and environmental compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, logistics, or supply chain management, including leadership of multiple teams at a management level.
  • Strong expertise in supply planning, inventory management, supply allocation, import/export operations, customs regulations, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, decision-making, and team development capabilities, with the ability to drive performance across cross-functional environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, MDG, and supply chain systems, supported by intermediate English communication skills and familiarity with ISO management standards.
