Job Description

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and sourcing initiatives.
  • Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and excess stock.
  • Lead demand forecasting, purchasing plans, and supply planning based on sales trends and business needs.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives through supplier performance management, sourcing improvements, and waste reduction programs.
  • Coordinate new product launches with cross-functional teams, ensuring sourcing readiness and operational execution.
  • Improve supply chain systems, reporting, KPI tracking, compliance standards, and process effectiveness across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Restaurant, QSR, or Hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record in supplier management, procurement, forecasting, inventory control, and operational planning.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and project management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Food Science, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent Thai and English communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and supply chain systems.
