Job Description

  • Lead and oversee import and export operations, including customs clearance, Free Zone warehouse activities, third‑party logistics providers, and transportation partners to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost control.
  • Manage inbound supply chain flows, ensuring accurate receiving, inventory integrity, GRN processing, SAP postings, and timely management reporting for decision‑making.
  • Direct customer fulfillment operations, covering sales order execution, invoicing processes, shipping documentation, and proactive shipment tracking to meet service level targets.
  • Oversee domestic distribution across Thailand, regional re‑export activities within Southeast Asia, and end‑to‑end vessel booking and coordination.
  • Own the full order‑to‑cash logistics lifecycle, partnering closely with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to manage order processing, change management, returns, and customer service escalations.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with Thailand customs, tax laws, and relevant trade and logistics regulations, proactively managing risk and audit readiness.
  • Govern logistics cost management, including billing validation, claims management (damage, loss, or shortages), and preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing end to end supply chain and logistics
  • Strong knowledge of free trade zone operations and customs procedures
  • SAP experience is a must
  • Fluent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, 3PLs, and regional teams
