Job Description

    • Support leadership in defining corporate and business strategies
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and build business cases
    • Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable initiatives
    • Lead end-to-end transformation programs across the organization
    • Drive change initiatives such as process optimization and digital transformation
    • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery of key milestones
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations, commercial)
    • Facilitate executive discussions and strategic decision-making forums
    • Influence stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
    • Establish KPIs, track performance, and deliver executive-level reporting



The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategy & Transformation Manager professional should have:

    • 3+ years of experience in management consulting (strongly preferred) or corporate strategy
    • Proven experience leading transformation initiatives in tech or digital environments
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-pressure settings
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Highly structured thinker with the ability to simplify complex problems
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Solid project and program management expertise
    • Familiarity with technology, digital products, or platform-based businesses
    • Demonstrates a consulting mindset, strong work ethic, ownership, adaptability, and collaboration
