Job Description

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet procurement goals in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Identify and evaluate overseas suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with company objectives.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international procurement regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities and performance metrics to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sourcing Manager (overseas) should have:
