Job Description

* Oversee financial planning activities, including annual budgets, forecasts, and business performance reviews across multiple APAC countries.

* Serve as a trusted finance partner to regional leadership teams, providing commercial insights and supporting key business decisions.

* Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and robust internal control frameworks.

* Lead initiatives to streamline finance operations, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve processes within the shared services environment.

* Manage relationships with external auditors and support governance, compliance, treasury, and risk management activities across the region.

* Deliver meaningful financial analysis, KPI reporting, and management dashboards to support strategic planning and performance improvement.

* Support system enhancement projects and drive the effective utilisation of ERP and reporting tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Shared Service Finance Manager should have:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is essential.

* Solid experience in finance and accounting leadership roles within multinational organisations.

* Background in audit firms combined with corporate finance experience is highly advantageous.

* Demonstrated success managing shared services or regional finance functions across the Asia Pacific region.

* Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, group reporting, and statutory compliance.

* Familiarity with treasury operations, cash flow management, and financial governance practices.

* Hands-on experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems.

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business recommendations.

* Proven stakeholder management and leadership capabilities, with the confidence to engage senior executives.

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
