Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations for global and regional key accounts, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration, service excellence, and improved forecast accuracy.
  • Lead issue resolution for quality and delivery, conduct quarterly business reviews, and maintain up-to-date commercial performance dashboards.
  • Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships while developing OEM growth strategies and targeted account plans.
  • Define and execute distribution strategies, including optimising distributor footprint and performance in key markets.
  • Drive pipeline management by identifying opportunities, delivering growth projects, and ensuring profitable outcomes with both new and existing customers.
  • Deliver differentiated, high-touch technical selling and customer-centric solutions to enhance value and stand out from competitors.
  • Execute commercial strategies and global initiatives, including key account planning, competitive share gain, and leading customer workshops with distributor partners.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related technical discipline, with strong foundational knowledge of ingredients and formulations.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing technical sales, value selling, or technical service roles within the personal care, beauty & home care industry.
  • Solid technical expertise in personal care and home care ingredients, including their interactions, formulation, and manufacturing processes.
  • Agile networker who adapts quickly to change and leverages strong connections to identify and unlock new opportunities.
  • Technical and market expert with the ability to translate complex knowledge into customer-focused, value-driven solutions.
  • Strong relationship builder and persuasive communicator who drives client growth, overcomes objections, and influences buying decisions.
  • Skilled deal navigator with experience managing procurement processes and negotiating complex agreements to achieve profitable outcomes.
