Job Description

  • End-to-end recruitment management for senior and critical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, hiring)
  • Optimize and redesign recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality
  • Develop structured interview frameworks and assessment methods for consistent, objective hiring decisions
  • Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques, evaluation standards, and reducing bias
  • Ensure candidates are assessed for both technical competence and cultural fit
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas
  • Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives such as career fairs and campaigns

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven ability to independently manage the full hiring lifecycle.
  • Experiences in enhancing or building recruitment processes, along with strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage recruitment data
  • Professional proficiency in English are essential
  • Thai Nationality
