About Our Client

A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced SAP Functional Specialist to support and enhance its SAP environment. The role will work closely with business users and IT teams to improve system functionality, streamline business processes, and support ongoing transformation initiatives.

Job Description

  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Work closely with business users to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Support SAP modules across areas such as Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related functions.
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements.
  • Support SAP projects, upgrades, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors on SAP-related activities.
  • Support integration between SAP and other business applications.
  • Ensure system changes follow internal controls, governance, and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on SAP experience in a functional role.
  • Strong understanding of SAP business processes and functional capabilities.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, testing, or system integration.
  • Experience with one or more SAP functional areas such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, or other relevant modules.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to keep pace with ongoing organizational transformation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work with both business and technical teams.
