Job Description

  • Develop and execute long-term brand and category strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Lead annual marketing planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and campaign execution
  • Drive innovation pipelines including new product development, renovation, and packaging initiatives
  • Translate consumer and shopper insights into compelling brand positioning and value propositions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Trade Marketing to strengthen in-store execution and promotions
  • Manage external agencies across creative, media, and research to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Monitor brand health, market share, and ROI on marketing investments
  • Track competitor activity and evolving category trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize go-to-market strategies across modern trade and other key channels
  • Ensure alignment with regional and global stakeholders on strategic initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals to drive performance and engagement
  • Champion data-driven decision making within the marketing function



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably in household or personal care categories
  • Strong track record in brand management and delivering category growth
  • Solid understanding of modern trade and go-to-market execution strategies
  • Commercially driven with experience managing budgets and evaluating ROI
