Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR support.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
  • Translate regional HR initiatives into effective local execution.
  • Support talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development programs.
  • Provide guidance and solutions on employee relations and people challenges.
  • Drive HR initiatives that support business growth and enhance employee experience.
  • Analyze people trends and provide recommendations to stakeholders and management.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Recruitment, or related fields.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with an interest in digital products, online communities, entertainment, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Passion for understanding customer-facing digital products and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Thai nationality.
