With a significant presence in Singapore, the company focuses on delivering high-quality services and fostering professional growth.Job DescriptionBusiness partnering, Strategic planning and FP&APartner with the business teams to evaluate business opportunities, strategic initiatives and providing financial insights.Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across all markets.Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives.Deliver insightful management reporting and performance analysis to regional and global leadership teams.Monitor business performance against targets and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Mergers & AcquisitionsSupport M&A activities, including target evaluation, financial due diligence, valuation analysis, deal structuring, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking.Develop financial models and investment cases for potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Commercial TransactionsProvide financial oversight and commercial support for deals and investments.Evaluate deal economics, profitability and financial risksPartner with legal teams during contract negotiations and deal execution.Monitor financial performance and returns Finance Leadership & OperationsLead and develop a regional finance team across South East Asia.Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, cash flow management, and financial controls.Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.Establish and maintain robust internal controls, governance frameworks, and finance policies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities within finance processes.
