Job Description

  • Lead equipment reliability initiatives through effective production planning, preventive maintenance, and restoration to design standards; oversee quality checks and compliance with work instructions.
  • Drive automation projects including PLC programming (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi), HMI development, robot and servo system integration, and circuit diagram preparation.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and KPI monitoring using MES and document management systems to support operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and coach team members, ensuring performance standards are met through continuous learning, technical training, and skill development programs.
  • Conduct machine inspections, risk assessments, and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, with equivalent experience in industrial automation.
  • Brings 3-5 years of hands-on expertise in PLC programming, particularly with Siemens systems.
  • Skilled in robot and servo system programming, with practical implementation experience.
  • Demonstrates the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, suitable for technical documentation and cross-functional communication.
