Job Description

  • Support implementation of end-to-end product planning and customer segmentation solutions within the client organization.
  • Assist in configuring and deploying tools such as customer decision frameworks, store clustering, product mix optimization, and planogram/floor planning.
  • Participate in system setup, testing, UAT, and issue resolution to ensure successful deployment.
  • Ensure analytics and planning tools are integrated into merchandising and retail workflows.
  • Conduct analysis for customer decision frameworks, clustering, product mix optimization, and planogramming; prepare datasets and generate insights.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable product planning and merchandising recommendations.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve sales, product performance, mix productivity, and shelf efficiency.
  • Support workshops, documentation, reporting, and presentations.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable long-term adoption of solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years in retail/FMCG analytics, merchandising, or product assortment strategy
  • Hands-on experience with category or space planning tools
  • Experience in category reviews, performance analysis, and solution implementation
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • FMCG/retail background preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
