Job Description

  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and convert them into impactful projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, including Lean transformation, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and visual management programs.
  • Drive shop floor transformation projects by implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and best practices.
  • Lead Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to enhance equipment reliability, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Facilitate labor productivity and cost-saving initiatives to achieve operational and budgetary targets.
  • Champion digitalization and AI-driven improvement programs while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training, strengthen quality and safety standards, support problem-solving activities, and drive sustainable organizational change.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Certified Lean Master, with Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Change Management within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in Lean methodologies and improvement tools such as VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke, TPM, and Kaizen.
  • Strong English communication skills, project leadership experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
