Job Description

  • Develop AI product features that support wholesale strategy and day-to-day commercial priorities.
  • Translate wholesale business needs into clear product requirements and technical solutions.
  • Work with Technology colleagues to design, build and improve AI-enabled products.
  • Use product data and user feedback to identify improvements that support better decisions.
  • Help define product roadmaps that align AI development with wholesale strategy.
  • Test product functionality and resolve issues to maintain reliable user experiences.
  • Document product requirements, workflows and changes to keep delivery clear and consistent.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend updates that improve business use.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Senior AI Product Engineer' should have:

  • Experience developing or improving AI-enabled digital products.
  • Ability to turn business needs into practical product and technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of product discovery, roadmap planning and feature delivery.
  • Ability to use data and feedback to guide product improvements.
  • Experience working with technology teams to deliver product changes.
  • Ability to test product features and identify clear actions to resolve issues.
  • Strong background from Software Development.
