Job Description

  • Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Oversee general ledger operations, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, fixed assets, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reporting packs for local and regional stakeholders.
  • Partner with auditors and regulatory authorities to support statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure accurate tax reporting, including indirect and direct tax filings, while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with finance business partners to support budgeting, cost allocation, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews.
  • Manage accounting activities related to manufacturing operations, inventory controls, import/export transactions, and special regulatory frameworks.
  • Strengthen internal controls, governance processes, and compliance frameworks while promoting best practices across the finance function.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and optimization of finance systems and workflows.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to accounting team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accountant should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with strong knowledge of IFRS and TFRS.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Reporting, or full-cycle accounting within an international environment.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred,
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English.

What's on Offer

  • Monthly salary between THB 80,000 and THB 100,000.
  • Bonus: 13th month salary.
