Our client is hiring a Senior Accountant to support the launch and growth of the company's digital sales channels. This is a newly created role, offering hands‑on ownership of the full end‑to‑end accounting process for e‑commerce operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring financial acccuracy, compliance, and control in a high‑volume transaction environment.

About Our Client

Our client is a well‑established multinational healthcare company with a strong presence globally. The business specializes in consumer healthcare products with a growing focus on well‑being and aging health.

Job Description

  • Manage daily accounting operations including invoicing and tax documents
  • Perform AR/AP and General Ledger reconciliations and handle payment processing and WHT reconciliation
  • Reconcile e‑commerce platforms including fees and commissions
  • Reconcile payment gateways, COD, and bank settlements
  • Oversee inventory, 3PL reconciliation, and landing cost accuracy
  • Manage cross‑border VAT (P.P.36) for digital and foreign vendors
  • Coordinate with IT and SSC on e‑tax invoice system setup

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accountant should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in e‑commerce, healthcare, retail, trading or consumer‑driven businesses
  • Strong hands‑on experience managing high‑volume transactions and platform reconciliation
  • Experience working with ERP systems and Shared Service Centers
  • Thai speaker with good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working independently in a new set‑up environment
  • Detail‑oriented, hands‑on, adaptable, and open‑minded
