Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce Sales Cloud roadmap, governance framework, and platform optimization strategy.
  • Lead Salesforce configuration enhancements, including workflows, validation rules, automation, custom objects, fields, record types, and reporting capabilities.
  • Identify system gaps and drive continuous improvements to support complex B2B sales processes.
  • Establish and maintain CRM data standards, account hierarchies, and governance policies to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with IT and integration teams to enhance connectivity between Salesforce and related business systems.
  • Support future initiatives involving AI, analytics, automation, and digital sales enablement.
  • Drive user adoption through training, best practices, and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Salesforce, CRM Strategy, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and administration.
  • Experience managing Salesforce enhancements, governance, and multi-country deployments.
  • Understanding of integrations, data architecture, reporting, and CRM best practices.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments, preferably with project-based sales cycles.
  • Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.

  • Base salary: THB 117000 - THB 143000 per month.
