Job Description

  • Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement Salesforce best practices.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce components and integrations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce team.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards within the team.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates and industry trends to implement improvements.
  • Work closely with global project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 years of Salesforce experience
  • Strong skills in Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions and security models
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and OAuth 2.0
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, or Git)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II required; Architect certifications preferred
  • Ability to create technical documentation and translate business requirements
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple projects successfully
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong English and Thai communication
