Job Description

  • Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and performance management
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience
  • Monitor KPIs and drive sales through effective floor management
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in sports fashion retail is required (e.g., Uniqlo, H&M, Nike, Adidas, etc.)
  • Candidates with luxury brand experience will not be considered
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership
  • Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to lead by example
  • Flexible and able to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
