Job Description

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and luxury client experience standards.
  • Build long-term client relationships and support VIP client development initiatives.
  • Support and coach the team on selling techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage.
  • Act as manager-on-duty to oversee smooth daily boutique operations.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards.
  • Supervise stock management, after-sales service, and operational processes.
  • Coordinate store events and communication activities.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare daily sales reporting when required.
  • Manage assigned product categories including performance monitoring, merchandising, inventory, and team training.
  • Handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within luxury retail, high-end fashion, or a premium customer-facing environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Passion for luxury retail and customer experience excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Flexible to work retail schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
