Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, ensuring effective product utilisation.
  • Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the industrial or manufacturing sector (Especially valves or pumps).
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales forecasts and analysing market data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
