The company provides high-quality ingredients sourced mainly from international suppliers to support beauty and personal care manufacturers, including brands, OEM/ODM companies, and laboratories.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow B2B sales portfolio by maintaining approximately 70% existing clients and developing 30% new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cosmetic brands, OEM/ODM manufacturers, and product developers
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion both local and international
  • Collaborate with sourcing and technical teams to deliver suitable ingredient solutions to customers
  • Monitor market trends especially in beauty, personal care, and ingredient innovations
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth objectives
  • Support strategic initiatives aligned with the company's international expansion plan

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a related fields (Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Business, or etc.)
  • 10 years of experience in sales within chemicals, cosmetics, or personal care industries
  • Strong background in distributor businesses with experience managing both suppliers and customers
  • Good understanding of market trends, including Thailand and international beauty trends
  • Strong leadership skill with ability to manage the sales team
  • Proficient in English communication with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
