Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the die casting segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in automotive sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote its products and services.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in sales within the industrial or manufacturing industry, particularly in die casting.
  • A solid understanding of the die casting process and related technologies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
