The company designs, manufactures, and supplies wear-resistant products including grinding media, mill liners, and crusher parts, alongside technical services to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and lower total production costs.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional sales direction to grow revenue, margins, and market share
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers to drive acquisition, retention, and long-term loyalty
  • Create and own account plans including sales targets, forecasts, and budgets
  • Manage full sales cycle (plan, discover, engage, advance) to ensure sales effectiveness and target achievement
  • Provide market and field insights to support regional sales strategy and decision-making
  • Analyse customer business needs, market trends, and competition to identify new opportunities
  • Drive business growth by improving customer satisfaction and expanding revenue within assigned accounts

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience with technical background
  • Proven background in heavy industries such as cement, mining, construction, steel, or related sectors (e.g., tyres)
  • Strong technical sales capability with solid understanding of industrial products and applications
  • Logical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and negotiable skills
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for business trips
