Job Description

  • Define and enforce RPA development standards, reusable components, and best practices.
  • Oversee solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support of RPA and AI-driven automations.
  • Manage technical risks, technical debt, and production stability.
  • Ensure release readiness, environment governance, and CI/CD controls.
  • Lead incident resolution and maintain high bot availability and performance.
  • Track key KPIs such as bot success rate, utilization, ROI, business hours saved, and system uptime.
  • Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical automations.
  • Optimize UiPath licensing, infrastructure costs, and automation platform performance.
  • Ensure secure management of credentials, API keys, and service accounts.
  • Build engineering capability through resource planning, workload management, and vendor oversight.
  • Maintain automation reliability, SLA compliance (>95% run success rate), and low incident recovery time.
  • Act as the technical advisor to business stakeholders on automation strategy and delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in RPA development
  • Strong understanding of RPA architecture, automation frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management).
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtual environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong background in production support, SLA management, and system monitoring.
  • Familiarity with credential and secrets management (e.g., Azure Key Vault).
  • Exposure to AI-driven automation is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
