Job Description

Lead and enhance the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, policies, and governance practices across the organization.

Develop risk management strategies that support business objectives and strengthen risk awareness culture.

Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate key business risks, including operational, strategic, cyber, and emerging risks.

Provide risk insights and recommendations to senior management and leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.

Oversee risk reporting processes, ensuring timely communication of risk exposure and mitigation plans.

Lead crisis management and business continuity planning (BCP) activities to enhance organizational resilience.

Manage and develop the risk management team while integrating sustainability and ESG-related risks into business practices.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management, governance, compliance, EHS.

Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and internal controls.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Good command of English with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
